Codes stay on the capture screen. Add a full name and it appears as “Billed To” on Word, PDF, and Excel bills; the pin opens a billing address for Word and PDF. Removing a client doesn’t delete its saved entries.

Default hourly rate (optional)

Time increment
The smallest unit the + / − buttons step by, and what typed or timer values round to.
Daily capture goal (optional)
The ring next to today’s total fills as you log hours, with a small celebration when you close it. Clear the field to hide the ring.
